I am no technical guru but I think most ogf the guys who are "In the know" gave you the answer when they told you to go buy a complete wrecked drivetrain and move it to your vehicle.  You may need to post on a Ford site to get your transmission question answered. Also, I doubt that making people angry is going to cause them to respond.

I just thought you wanted to know what transmission to use behind the 4.0.  If it were my vehicle I would not plan to use the stock suzuki trans.

If you want to stay with Suzuki gear box, find a '04 and later XL7 gear box.  Suzuki up graded them with larger shafts, and they should hold up.  They were pushing 185 hp through them.  I suggest going to the ford, because of the ease of mating them, and if going to automatics the compatibility of the computers.  The '04 and later XL7's ran 3 main computers and a couple auxiliary ones, that have to communicate with each other or they throw codes.
Blending computer systems is a tedious task.  The benefits are for those who do it.
93 Tracker,XL7 springs & 1" raised spring pads in front with YJ springs in back, home built bumpers rear & front (w/winch), 2" x 4" rock tubes,  ARB front & rear, converted Sami rear to IFS, 33x12.5x15  aluminum rims, roll cage, 2.7L w/5 speed auto.

I would run the Ford transmission and transfer case behing the 4.0  to make things easier. The transfer will be drivers drop for the front axle so I would look at the Jeep Cherokee sport front axle, should be easy to install to with the spring pads and 4 link mounts to work with. My .02 cents. Good luck, should be fun!
