We get custom sized tank for boats all the time in odd shapes. Try Coastline Tanks in Bellingham WA. You can just draw up the dimensions and fax it up to them for a quote. They are set up and pressure check for leaks. Also they are aluminum for light weight.

My guess is BIG $ for a custom aluminum tank.
