Can the two H/2/O hoses (in & out)going to back of stock carb from the intake man. be plugged separately?
Or do they have to be looped to maintain flow thru the manifold??
Might be a stupid question, but this senior citizen neds help!! (1988 Sami. 1.3)

i don't think it's a dumb question.
i looped mine- used the stock hose.
i believe you could block those ports.
i need to smog every two years, and have to put the stocker on.
'89 kick w/little motor, still got pieces of jeff's pucks, stan's sticks into 4.24:1 tcase, 31x10.5x15's, rear lockrite, kick power steering, some radios(kj6esv), bmw seat, other changes just because. done on the cheap.
suzi the psychic gets me fishing.

We survived the Fire Fighter's convention......
None of our crew was ARRESTED, or had to go to the HOSPITAL!!!

Great news that your swap went well !!

My Sammy's the same way. It uses about a quart between oil changes, but gets the job done.

Happy Trails
