This is sortof along the same lines..

But i need a tie rod end, and i've been looking. My passenger side outer is bad and all i can find is driver side.

Does it matter if it's a driver side or passenger side OEM replacement? Or are they the same direction of threads?

Also, does anyone know what the thread size of the OEM one is?

Ok I just now walked outside to double check and on mine (other than a drop pitman my steering is bone stock) there is only one replaceable tie rod end and it is on the driver (AKA "Outer Tie Rod") so if you were to get one from the part stores it should work but if you need the one that is on the passenger side according to my Zuk you would need an "Inner Tie Rod", and I do not see that listed on the O'Reilly web site I have to get to work now so I don't have time right this minute to track one down but now that you have the names of them and where each is maybe it will help you find the one you need.
