So the Sammy I bought Needed some cable adjustment just to nurse her along. Today I put in a new clutch and all new U joints! Man, That's a tight squeeze gettin that tranny outta there! Back in was even less fun! Clutch works great now though. Even lit up the right rear 31 incher on the shop floor when I was Testing the pedal!

Did you pull the transfer case out or try putting the transmission with it still in there?

no need to pull the transfer case, its really not in the way. i notched the transmission crossmember though which helped a lot.
It sure is a "eureka!" moment when that tranny slides in though, aint it wildtire? haha

Eureka is right! I replaced all my U joints, so I puller the T Case out for grins anyhow! It was so stinkin easy!
