Coils spring four link.

i am lookin to four link my sammi and was wonderin if someone could tell me either what springs would work or where i could find out what spring rate i need.

I drove a coiled Samurai, 3" x 175 LB coils, I thought it was too soft,
I would look at a 195 front and a 185 rear, but do some more searching
and take into account your equipment

I use stock Tracker 2-door rear springs on my back of my SJ, they work great.  My cousin tried coils off the back of an XL and they were just a bit to stiff.  Worked fine on the road but couldn't climb anything due to the lack of compression.

i used jeep wrangler tj front coils cause i had them laying around i cut two coils to shorten them up and really like it there about the right spring rate, street driving is great and flex  to max , no bounce back i running 36 " arms  on a 1986 sami with toy axle, hope ths might help a little
