2" body lift question
« on: June 04, 2010, 04:19:57 PM »
ok so I found some blocks on ebay that I thought might be cheaper than buying a kit but im not sure how many I need. anyone have an idea? is there anything besides the blocks and longer bolts that I would need? Heres a link to the blocks on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ZONE-OFFROAD-BULK-BODY-LIFT-BLOCKS-ZON2296-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem3ef58b27a2QQitemZ270407509922QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

2" blocks and bolts are a good start, usually 2" lift wont affect the other components of the Samurai, but you check the coolant hoses and steering arm from the firewall for proper length, your t-case shifter will really shorten down,so you may need to figure a extension.

Not off hand, you gotta unscrew the t-case shifter ball, then you'll see the threads.Take the ball to the hardware store, they will match the thread pattern
