Catastrophic clutch disk failure - recommendations?

2WD, bone stock '92 Tracker with 225k miles.

Clutch started making a weird squealing sound.  Found this (photo).  Heard of this happening, but never seen it.  The other spring retainer tabs were stress-cracked as well.  This disk has at least 100K on it.  In retrospect, maybe towing a camper for a summer wasn't such a hot idea....? <grin>

Question 1:  what brand of clutch does the forum recommend (stock street use)..... I'll probably order through Advance auto or Rockauto..... (no, I don't do OEM as a matter of principle, if it can be avoided)

Question 2:  besides disc, pressure plate, t/o bearing, pilot bearing - any other common failures I should be checking?  I'll probably throw in a rear main seal and maybe re-seal the trans while I have it out.
