tracker/sidekick suspension???
« on: January 25, 2010, 11:33:41 AM »
Hi guys, new member here.
Im looking into buying a track/kick for a repacement for my sxs(rhino). My sxs is very done up(see pic below) and has long travel suspension on it and I really like it buuuut its not street legal so Im looking at my options.
I want to stay as close in size and ability to this sxs as possible.
Track/Kicks are the smallest suv's so here I am.
I started looking into the suspension lifts for these and have a few questions....
How much travel are these kits getting???
calmini 3.0?
RR old man?
zukination ex 4.5?
and which one would be the best canidate for desert running and sand dunes???
the only krawling it would do is moderate...ie...when the desert road gets rough. I wont be out looking for the gnarliest trail I can find but do want it to be capable for some minor stuff that can come up.
as far as the sand dunes go it should do fine with the a-arm front....I would think better than a SAS due to the axle/pumpkin not hanging up as you transfer over the razor...IDK...

Welcome, first thing you will find is the Track/Kicks will out perform
your Rhino, as far as picking a lift kit, pick one that is in stock for
speed of shipping and getting the kit.
