I looked at mine to see if I was missing any screws, all there: but one is a cap screw.  Not a tapered head.  Will this screw up my rocker?

It is common for those screws to be loose on engines with some miles on them. I've even found them in the oil pan before! A bit of medium locktite and an impact driver to tap them in just a bit tighter than you can do with a screw driver and they'll be fine. To get replacements, Call Hawk.

Good luck, Eric

On the later models the factorys started staking those bolts.

How much are they asking for those screw/bolts?

I found the same thing on mine. Half of them were loose, but half of them have been OVERTIGHTENED and wont budge with an impact driver. I've brocken two  phillips heads trying to loosn them and stripped out some of the screws. I need to replace a few rockers so will have to loosen those grub screws somehow.

If you are planning to use loctite and impact to hold those screws in, maybe you should use a hex screw or torx head or something that will easier to remove in the future.
