those rocky road spacers are not a good idea, not recommended, they will provide approx 1&1/8inches of lift up front and less in the rear.. there's a guy on here that sells coil spacers for the 2nd gens, check the 2nd gen forum off the main forum page and you'll find the thread. people seem happy with his stuff. for the rear some guys use crown vic shocks, i use mustang, i've busted a crown vic shock into 2 parts, my mustang shocks are now dead also.. they see some good abuse.. the mustang is a bit longer but maybe not as nice riding, however just bolts right up with zero issue, i'm looking to install some yota 4runner rear shocks now. for the front you can get strut spacers but there are issues with the reinstall of the strut brace afterwards, don't run your rig without it. there are strut extensions which people seem to frown upon, i've run them for a couple yrs now and they are solid if installed right however i seem to go through strut mounts and i'm thinking this may be due to the extension being 70mm long and on up travel when fully compressing the strut when bouncing it's pushing up too much and stressing the mount.. next is the ome strut, expensive but people seem to like them however a lot of guy seem to break them..
