Why a lighter flywheel

It's not better for torque, and
the stock one isn't that heavy.
If you really want a lighter flywheel
have a machine shop take some matierial
from the non friction side and lighten
the stock one, I would not recommend
using a 1.3 flywheel as it might not be
ballanced right for a 1.6, different crank
throw and weights might not jive
