Four wheeler slams Zuk's
« on: August 24, 2004, 02:02:45 PM »
In the October issue of Four Wheeler there is a column about gas prices.  At the end of the article it says.
"Do we drive what we want to drive, or what we can afford to drive?  If we do the latter, do we all move into Geo Trackers and Suzuki Grand Vitaras?"  Is that a slam?

It's just saying that they're low-priced cars that have decent fuel efficiency -- i see nothing wrong (nor untrue) about that.

Are you really surprised, considering it's coming from what I percieve to be a mostly-Jeep mag?

I wouldn't see that as a Slam. Its just telling people how far ahead of the pack we Zook owners are ;D

Nothing wrong with wheeling with the same tank of gas  all weekend ;D

I guess you could interpret it either way.  Put a Zuk spin on that statement and he's saying that you can do all the muddin you can do in a full size or a heep, in a Zuk and not have to be loaded to put gas in it or mod it.  Sounds like props now ;D
