Hi all.new here.Nice site.I have a 95 Sunrunner, in which I just blew the motor .I have heard of people putting a v-6 in them.I don't know a great deal about vehicles, but have an excellent mechanic.any and all advice of the cheapest way to convert would be a great help.Thanks.

HI, welcome aboard. There are more than a few conversions to the v 6 engine around here. The 4.3 Chevy is popular as well as a varity of Suzuki v 6's. Try using the search function here for more info on engine swaps and I'm sure you'll find all kinds of info.

you dont need a 4.3.   just swap in another engine

Here's a good tech on the 2L from the 99+ Tracker & Vitara.
Definatly a worthy swap if you have the means to get it done.
