homemade cable diff.lockers

hello everybody ! i am from portugal and i have seen in some of the suzuki samurai here in my country a homemade diff locker whith a cable. i now they are no OX LOCKERS , ??? does anyone now how to do it ,

They probably modify the KAM e-locker to run off cable instead of electronics. Or, they have an original KAM locker (rare) that was cable actuated. Or, they're running some other axle (toyota?) that has a cable locker / modified e-locker.
