Ok not like it's NOT been asked 100,000,00 times before but i seriously need facts about it.

I'm going to go 2inch coil spacers on my 1995 tracker.  but i've never heard a straight answer in any of the posts on a few key points.

like.....

installing these?  do they tottaly screw up your camber and alignment?  i think i heard it takes a TON of modification to fix the camber and alignment....is this true or false?

Ride?  is this a fairly stock ride feel with spacers?  i'm under the immpression that with spacers you can retain a close to factory comfort.

i'm not going to mega off-road this rig so things like extreme articulation is absolutely not an issue.
so please don't tell me this lift is bad because i'll have no articulation...i already know that, it's not what i'm looking for.

i just want to lift it so that the 235's ar better purportioned to the wheel well, currently they fill the well a little too much.  it's looks good but they looked cramped up in there and would rather a cleaner look.  but i don't want to buy a calmini kit at $800+ only to have to spend additional  $400+ for more comfortable OME struts and shocks.  i just want a cleaner look for mostly on road daily driving.  thanks guys

In my opinion. Spacers for front I'd only go 1"inch,It will give you probly 1 1/2 inch lift up front. You'll need camber bolts and a strut mount flip.
A 2 inch in the rear will be okay, You may need shocks to make up the differance in hieght though.
If you use too much spacer in front, you'll end up binding up your CV joint.

   I just installed the 1.5" Sky Manufacturing spacers this past weekend.  The ride is much stiffer than stock.  I'm having an alignment done this week as it is visibly obvious the front wheels are out of camber.  And I'll need longer shocks for the rear.  I hear '91 Crown Victoria shocks are the right length but I wonder if they wouldn't be too soft. ? ?

Nope, I cruised Moab with Crown Vic shocks, hey

I've got RRO 1 1/8" spacers. My ride has improved because of the cushion effect of the spacers at the top of the springs, but opinions on this vary. I used camber adjustment bolts from Advance Auto. Zero tire wear issues, they work great. I had mine on our club's RTI Ramp tonight and you wouldn't believe the rear flex, but I have extended the rear shocks. I have not done the front strut mount flip yet but I expect some decent results when I do. I couldn't be happier with my spacers considering how little they cost and how easy they were to install when compared to other lifts. Go for the spacers and RRO 2" body lift, simple, cheap (about $220.00 for both) and easy to install.

I installed the 1 1/8" spacers in the front when i took out my lift kit. No spacers in the rear,now my Trac sits level,before the rear always sat up higher,rides smooth as can be for a short wheelbase vehicle. I have the RRO spacers and 2" body lift with stock springs. Since my car has become my DD,the smooth ride is apreciated more ;)

I had the 1 1/8" Rocky Road spring spacers installed in the front and rear.They are good,but I removed them cause when I saw the front halfshaft angle I was terrified.I guess ,those spacers are not to be installed when a 3" Calmini susp.lift is already installed.The front CV's wont last a day off roading......

By the way, what "front strut mount flip" means ?
