Anyone know where to get a strong rear bumper for a 1990 tracker?

I am looking for a nice strong rear bumper for my 1990 tracker.  I have seen the calmini one and I am not that impressed and the swing away requires the body lift which I dont want to do.  Anyone know of any other companies that make bumpers for my rig?

Trail Tough makes the tube style one.  There are also a few writeup's online on building a bumper if you have access to a welder and have a way to cut metal.

BRD HNTR has a walk through making a low-profile bumper at http://www.zukiworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=21864.0

You could bug him to build you one.  The next version we are designing should have tube sides with the 2x4 steel center and be spaced out instead of being low profile.  :D

I am developing a bumper for myself.  Not sure when it will be finished.  Depending on my costs I might be able to build another. See this link  http://www.zukiworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=23886.0

Try ZukiNation. They show a front bumper on the web site but they also make a rear bumper that is clean, neat and strong. I have both the front and the rear and they are built very well. Here are 2 pictures that they sent to me before I ordered one.

Zuks off Road has a series of bumpers for Sidekicks now. Take a look at their website: www.zuksoffroad.com On the Calmini bumper, unless things have changed, you do NOT need a body lift to use the tire carrier. I mean, I have one on my 'Kick w/o body lift... it works just fine. :)

I am still tweaking the design but it was developed for the 2 door Tracker up to 98.  I would need a 2000 Tracker to see if I just need to design mounts or have to start from scratch.  Here is a pic from my latest tweaks.  I changed the ends a little and added shackle brackets under the bar.  This should be nice because it does two things.  It adds strength to the bar and the bar prevent the brackets from digging into your body when you access the rear of the Tracker.  I also shortened the bar 5 inches.
