« on: January 06, 2009, 03:11:37 PM »
Will a 2002 tracker 5spd fit in the place of a 95 16v 5spd?
Thanks!

Just waiting for somebody who knows to come along.  :)

If you have the 2.0L you can make it work, but I believe it is not a direct swap.  The only info I have is the 1.6L to 2.0 conversions where the transmission will bolt up, but they need to use an adapter on the throw out bearing, I believe.

So your probably looking at modifying the flywheel or something custom to make them work.  I also believe that you will have to swap transfer cases as well.
