new member need help

I have a 3inch Bl for a 95 tracker can i use this on my wifes 99 tracker?  if not were can i get a 2inch spacer for her coils to put her 31" under it?

Hi,
 the mounting points are the same, you will need to get a steering extension from Rocky Road.
Follow this link go down they cover the body lift.
