plastic trim molding on 1988 tintop
« on: January 06, 2009, 09:58:24 AM »
Hey guys,

Its been a while since i posted. Since, I have added a ole man emu 2 inch lift, a small winch, new exhaust, starter, bomz racing seats, 215 75 15 BFG's ATS, playing in the mud this weekend, and spanking some serious Rhino but, i fried my alternator , its been raising hell for sometime. I see the alternator conversions to GM on ebay, wanted to know if anyone has bolted one on?
I also lost 1 of the fender to rocker plastic trim pieces, where can you get this trim piece from, also when starting the sammie when hot, the starter clicks, you have to turn the key over several times to get the starter to engage, I saw a clicky starter fix, looks like a relay you wire in. Man, 2 inches of lift in the mud makes a huge difference in where this sammie can take you and get you back, and it does it with a/c and heat, the Rhino Brigade in our hunting club just shakes there head!

Thanks for the input.
