I found a broken front lower shock mount on my sammie today. Where can I get a replacement? I believe its the stock one.

I dont know about "stock" mnts....But sky makes some nice weld on ones. They seem pretty reasonable to me.... I bought mine from Lowrange (scroll down):

Or you could buy direct from Sky, either way. I'm sure there are lots of other companies out there that make different tabs that could be used for shock mnts, ie Ballistic/etc.
Difficult takes a day. Impossible takes a week.

If you check with your local ford dealer, you might be able to get the old F-250 shock mount towers.  Then just convert to a longer shock.  :)

FYI I have seen the Ford towers rip the frame. You have to be very careful when welding them on.

Good idea as soon as he fixes the lower shock mount.

Ha, I didn't even notice that he broke a lower mount.  That was rather silly of me...

Just get a long bolt the right diameter, cut the head off and weld it into your spring pad.  Problem solved and it's already threaded.
