I have begun to start my turbo project. I am using a T04E Turbo XS .50 Intake .63 Exhaust. Custom turbo manifolds. I am running an OBX FMU and a High flow MSD In line fuel pump. Tial 38mm wastegate, Blitz BOV, JDM intercooler and piping, Greddy electronic boost controller, Autometer boost gauge, air fuel monitor, fuel pressure, oil pressure. I will add more pictures as i complete this setup. I am also keeping my nitrous and running a 50 shot for when i decide to quarter mile it. My Suzuki is mainly for autocross. Thanks Nick

I am making brackets to relocate the radiator towards the passenger side of the front end. I am also using a Koyo aluminum short radiator with a Tfal fan. I will post the rest of the pics later. Thanks Nick

Cool man. What are your plans for engine managment?

You can do it electronically or you can do it manually. I am choosing to do it manually with an fmu, high flow MSD fuel pump and adjustable boost controller. The stock coil pack ignition system will work just fine. I will have to advance timing to accomodate the turbo. I was going to use a Greddy emanage to electronically control however i am choosing the easier more cost efficent route.

I know what you mean. Good luck with the FMU. Once the ECU sees + pressure the CEL is going to check on man. Good luck let me know how it goes. I got a set of T3 60trims or GT28's to go on the 2.5 i may do with a Stand Alone.

When do you plan to have this done .

I plan to finish it by May. Thats when the race season starts here. Its too bad you spent all that time and money on your custom exhaust when you could have just built your turbo manifolds. I guess you could just sell them though. It would be sweet if you did a twin turbo setup on the 2.5 than we both would be the only one to turbo our Suzukis. Can you post some bigger pics thanks man and has it run yet?

I am almost finished with the build. This has been a long and gruesome task bus its looking bad ass! My final steps are bulding a spacer to flip my top radiator hose bracket and install radiator hosses, Installing my turbo oil return line, fluids and front end piece together.  I have documented everything that i have done and will be posting a full article in approximately 3 weeks. Is there anyone else out there who is either turbocharging or supercharging there 2.5-2.7 V6? If you are contact me or chat on this forum.

What do you want to know ? I have my plenium started for the M62.
