Hey folks, its been a good long while since I've been on here, I used to have a 96 Tracker, wrecked it, and all that good stuff.  Anyway, that's a different story.....

So I was looking at the Equator online today, and read that besides a few visual enhancements, it is exactly the same as the Frontier.  So I started wondering, will there be an aftermarket umm... market for the equator?  Obviously, NISMO is Nissan's brand of performance stuff (MazdaSPEED for mazda, Mugen for honda, MOPAR for dodge, etc.), and since the "S" doesn't have this "performance brand", would anyone feel weird for putting and NISMO stuff on the Equator? 

Suzuki has SWT (Suzuki Works Techno)

I have a nismo frontier, but the only noticeable Nismo branding would be the 18" rims.  everything else is under the hood (cai, tstat, oil cap, radiator cap) or the s-tune exhaust, but the tailpipe gets discolored anyway so cant see the "nismo" branding.

I like the look of the equator and am considering getting one down the road to eventually replace my frontier.

For 2011, Nissan continues its participation in the SUPER GT series, GT500 class, which is the highest level in Japanese domestic motorsports, with the Nissan GT-R.

In addition, Nissan will again provide technical support to private teams through NISMO, competing with a total of 4 Nissan GT-Rs in the FIA GT1 World Championship in its second year.

Nissan will further support grassroots activities through a driver scholarship program and support for private racing teams.
