meant to post this yesterday but forgot ...
if you have a 4-pin plug (aka like this)
then:
1) jumper B<->C to enable the code-blink
2) jumper C<->D to set timing
3) no idear what the "A' terminal does, but it just *may* pulse 12v during the code-blink (at least worth a shot to watch it with a meter)
if you have a 6-pin plug (aka like this)
Then:
I can't help much other than what the picture shows (neither FSM of mine references it). Again tho, you could try jumpering the B<->D terminals and then probe for a 12v pulse coming from another terminal (I'm *certain* that this style plug will blink).
