Fuel Line Issue
« on: September 20, 2007, 10:48:23 AM »
I replaced my fuel filter when I did a tank lift on my 1992 suzuki sidekick.

Well, about 2 months later I started getting a drip from the filter.  I thought is may be one of the copper washers on the out side.  I tried new ones no luck.  I put on a new filter.  No luck.

Now I am thinking it is the hose between the filter and metal line that runs to the front.  It doesn't look cracked but I can't see in there very well.

Anyone ever have an issue with this?  How tight are you supposed to make that line?  A new one is $150 so it looks like I may have to hit a few scrap yards.

Any ideas or other options?
