Clutch slave cylinder
« on: March 24, 2007, 11:15:53 AM »
Has anyone rebuilt the slave cylinder on a 5sp manual Sidekick? It looks like the only thing that can go bad is the o-ring. Mine on my 97 Sport is leaking out the end. Should I replace the whole thing or can it be "rebuilt"? Thanks

My experience with rebuilding clutch and brake cylinders is that it is not worth the effort.  They are too likely to leak.  I prefer to buy new.
