I'm looking for about a 2.5 " lift kit or less, any suggestions. I've read about calmini and rocky road outfitters online. the rocky road outfitters is cheaper but I dont think it comes with extended A arms. does any one else make one or has anyone installed these and can recomend or not recomend either on of these. thanks for the inut.

Calmini is better for shipping on time,
RRO is cheaper, or you could get creative
and do a RRO style lift yourself with some spacers
shocks and a strut bushing mount flip, works
well and costs very little

Welcome to the BBS. I have both Calmini Kits and Love them. I have the 2" on my daily driver and the 3" on my trail vehicle. For install information look at the text at the bottom of the pagenext to the Zuiworld logo, click on the article archive. In the technical section you should be able to fins installs on lift Kits.

Well, of course they'll tell you that.  They want you to buy THEIR stuff.  And there is no love lost between RRO and Calmini.

Here's the question that'll make the difference:  Is this going to be enough?  Are you going to want to install lockers, and new gears some day?  I wouldn't do it without an Anvil.  And you have to have the Calmini lift for the Anvil.

Probably - until you grenade a CV joint from the increased angle on the axle.  That's the reason the Calmini lift DROPS the diff (only until it's about even with the cross-member).  The less angle you have on your CV's the stronger they are.  If lowering the diff doesn't effect your clearance, it gives you better angles on your CV's with no down-side.
