Suspension Lift
« on: February 14, 2007, 10:31:34 PM »
Hey Gang,

The Calmini 3" Suspension lift has been on hold for months...so I am looking for some advice here.

Shold I simply purchase the Calmini 2" Suspension Lift, and then later swap to a later year or brand sping/strut to get some additional lift

Or Should I simply go with Rocky Roads Suspension kit.

I currently have 3" Of Body Lift (MasterKit1)

well, if it's gonna take them forever to do the 3'inch lift for ya.
The 2"inch aint bad and a good starting point.
you can add a 3/4"inch spacer to make up the differance.(up front)
(correct me if I'm wrong)
and 1 3/4"inch spacer in the rear.
I have heard that the 2"inch lift rides better.

I waited 5 months for my Calmini lift.

I would go with a 2" coil lift (BDS/Boondox). The extra inch isn't going to make that big of a difference, and with the money you save, you can buy some other cool stuff for your Trackick. That's what I would do if I had it to do over again.
Sold the Tracker, done with wheelin'...

The 2" lift is on back order too. I thought of that as well. Bummer.
