AMC 2.5L swap

I came across an amc 2.5L inline 4 with tranny, xcase, wiring, just about everything out of a buddies yj he's putting a 350 into.  Ive got an 86 sammi and was wondering if anyones tried or heard of someone doing this swap.  What kind of problems could i run into and what else i need to know?  thanks im tryin to figure this one out

The only problem maybe with the fact that yj's are driver drop and samurai's are passenger drop. and the wiring that you will need from the yj.
