New to Group...
« on: July 21, 2006, 07:11:10 PM »
Greetings:

Wanted to say 'hello' as I just joined the list.

I bought this tracker last weekend.  I just kind of fell in to it.  I was looking for something with a 4-cylinder to drive back and forth to work.  I found this tracker - a '90, bone stock, with only 82k miles on it.  It was owned by an older women who no longer drove it.  She needed to get it out of her husband's garage so he could build a boat....

I always liked the Samurai but never even thought about owning a tracker.  It is really hard not to like this car as a daily driver.  I got 28.5 mpg on my first fill-up, it is 4-wheel drive, and a 4-seat convertable to boot!

I am enjoying the list - many thanks.

WOW, nice trucklet!

Take a look around at what you can make these things do! (and look like)

We have all ages here, from first time owners/drivers  to old farts like me (and ACK!!, jk ack..)

I fell in love with these great little Suzukis a few months ago, when I picked up my little rust bucket at a dealer's back lot sale.  Redid the whole thing and am beating it up again on the trails!

They are great on the road but their REAL beauty is their capability OFF road. I was simply amazed, even with stock tires, and no lift or anything, they will go more places than you could ever imagine. Just let some air out of the tires and give it a whirl.

Make sure you check out the members rides section above, and the topic at the top of this forum.  Good stuff.

Welcome, and if you start tinkering and playing with the Track, you will never stop.. it's a disease.. and we all have got it bad...

If your little guy is anything like mine he will grow to love the Tracker.  My 2 year old would rather ride it in than any other vehicle we own.  Plus he loves to flip the top.
