Go to Target or Walmart and go to the bike section.  You'll find "pedle bike" shifters like that for around $7-$10.

i just put one on my jeep cost me $2 (i use to ride bmx so i had the parts lying around) its good for wheeling and i also use it for cruise control all my friends are jealous:)
