The 2.0 is going to be a lot lighter in the nose. Both have a "fair" amount if fab work and wiring imvolved. The question is how much horsepower do you think that you will need? At 127 HP that 2.0 is going to really propel you zuk. My 1.6 does just fine pretty much everywhere.
You also might want to consider mileage with the way gas prices are going. That 4.3 is going to take a lot of juice.
