HELLO FROM CZAR_PUCH,

I HAVE A 00 GV LIMITED 4 WD V6 AUTO.  WHEN I DRIVE AT ABOUT 55 MPH I GET A VIBRATIONS THAT YOU CAN HERE BUT YOU DON'T FEEL IT IN THE STEERING WHEEL. YOU GO FASTER IT GOES AWAY AND WHEN YOU SLOW DOWN IT GOES AWAY. IT'S NOT A WHEEL BALANCE PROBLEM. COULD IT BE CV OR U-JOINTS. THEY SEEM OK BUT THE ZUK ONLY HAS 32000 MILES.
HELP------------------HELP-------------------HELP

Hi.  Welcome aboard.

A: You double posted and made two identical posts.  For curtesy's sake, you should delete one of them.

B: You posted in the wrong forum, this is for 06+ Grand Vitaras, hence the title of the forum.  You want the next one down. ;)

You can definately find help there or on the main Suzuki forum of the page. :)

Thats at roughly 80-100km welcome to owning a GV lol sorry. I get that sometimes to at that speed when my front hubs are locked. My dads XL7 same prob and other friends.

I think its due that sometimes the axles get moved around and the balance effect is out of effect. If u have 2 axles balanced and when u turn left and right they move around.

Get what i mean?

I have a 2000 GV with a manual 5 speed and I have never encountered this problem. wierd deal. There are many other things that rattle and squeek though. my bumper skins squeak I think and the doors do but I fixed them by lubing the rubber pegs and a couple spots on the interior rattle. get used to rattleing, zuks seem to be made economical by skipping a good deal of interior quality.. it's all good because I love my GV because suzuki's are little beasts
2000 Grand Vitara.. boondox coil spacer lift w/ pro comp 2 inch lift shocks and ome struts. 225/75 R16 Kumho Mt's, powdercoated wheels, rear brake line relocation and stuff to acomodate. custom exhaust and intake along with some 1 off accesories.
