What width are you running?  By default the Toyota axles are wider then the stock Samurai axles, so you might not need backspacing at all.

Anyone?

What is your goal? do you want to be able to cover the tires with fender flares? do you want to be as wide as possible?

This will help us help you...  :)

How wide of 35's are you going to be running?  I wouldn't bother with wheel spacing at all, you'll probably clear the springs anyway.

If you are going to run toy axles, you might want to think about getting an offset one for the rear (unless your already do). But if you do go that rout, the sky offset rear is 3 inchs wider than the front.  Just like the stock toy 86 rears, so you will need some 1.5" wheel spacers.
You should have no problem at all going lock to lock with toy axles and 35s.

What life do you plan on running?  Yj with your fenders trimmed? or something with more of a life to it.

35x14.5x17 IROK's is what I have. Spring over yj and some trimming is what I have. Wheels I'm going to run are 17x10's. Haven't ordered them yet because I'm unsure of what back spacing I should get. Was thinking 3.5" would do it, just wat to make suer before I spend $800 plus on wheels.

If your Toyota see if anyone else local has a set of tires you can borrow once you get the axles in place.  That way you can check clearances before you order your own equipment.
