Is the t-case output flange interchangeable with the axle pinion flange?

Don't think so on Sammy or Sidekick
Size/Spline differences on Sammy. (bolt pattern should be the same)
And on a kick one is a slip, where the other isn't.

On a samurai, I probably should have mentioned that. The flange appears to be the same size, but are the splines different?

I think either the front input or output was the same, I know the rear out is different length.
