WTB Fuel/Vapor Separator

Anyone know where to get a new one?  Fails Smog then the shop epoxy's it and it passes but it costs hundreds more.  Wouldn't want a 30 year old one to have the same problem

Part is labeled #10

I tried to order from them but they do not have the part
