Setting the clock

Does anybody know how to change the time on this radio, damn sure wish I had an owners manual, any help appreciated.

Well I found how to set the clock, you tube ,same radio as a 2004 chevy van, the up and down arrows in the bottom right,

Yup, just hold it down then you can just click to the number you want, pretty easy, think the up arrow is minutes and the down arrow hours.
