kick' spring lengths.

Lookin for the length of the front and rear springs from a 2 dr kick. Free length. Lookin to swap my spacers and stock springs for all spring, and maybe longer shock in the rear, and a better ride/more flex in the front.

And yes, I will modify the coil mounts to fit, since I know there is a very limited selection for bolt in springs. Thanks!

Thanks for the link.

I found in a PDF of the tracker 2dr, that the stock height front is approximatly 9" tall, which will facilitate an 11" tall spring with a little less spring rate, about 400 ppi compared to 450, to compensate for the additional lift (close to 3" with the smaller spring rate, the spring will be softer, resulting in less lift).

The rear is approximatly 10" tall, and would facilitate a spring that is 12" tall, with a spring rate of about 160, which is a bit more then the stock 156, but will help with the bigger tires and rims I have.

So in theory, does this sound good? What I plan on doing is just cutting up the stock mounts some so some coil over springs will work, and then I just have to come up with a way to capture the coil so they don't pop out.
