Thank you for the "I like it" comment. As far as mounting your Osram light bar, with a little time, and effort you can easily make one out of Fiberglass, maybe with a flexible aluminum tube inside of it, to get the form/shape you need. I am assuming that you do not to put holes into the pillars due to possible leakage. I can tell you in detail (if you would like), how create exactly what you need, step by step. You would have to sand down the paint along the length of both pillars, for the molded fiberglass mounts to stick, however, you would not have to drill any holes, and therefore, no leaks. Yes, a reinforced piece of fiberglass, on each side, would easily hold the weight of your light bar, and forces from bumps ect., with out a problem. Just let me know, and if that is something that you might be interested in taking on. I also might be interested in purchasing those springs from you, however, I have not decided on that yet. I am very new to this sight, and have a lot of knowledge to offer, members here, as I am an A.S.E. certified mechanic, have a masters degree in electro/mechanical/structual engineering, know how to do body work, and fabrication, and used to work for IBM as a computer technician......So, feel free to ask. Heck, I once took a mid 80' Chevy Chevette, and turned it into a pickup truck with Corvette ZR1 tailights (one of my many, many, other projects over the years).
Well thanks for the offer on the light mounts, lol. I can do it ,i just never have much TIME. I got to get off my hams and DO IT. instead of hope'n one of you guys got a short cut.lol. My 5yr old son luvs your buggy.LOL He telln me it looks like one of the buggys from the Disney movie "CARS".LOL
If and when i ever uninstall my lift ,it well be listed on here.I got the "alter ego 4.5"kit to put in its place.
 Takecare bud.

You're welcome on the how to offer. Although I am a "newbie" here, I am not in the automotive world, so any time I can help, I will offer. I still am not sure if I will purchase the springs from you yet, as I like the height mine sits at (at the moment). If it rubs, or hits under "extreme Florida offroading"...lol, then I will definately contact you about them. I am glad your 5 year old likes the "buggy". My wife calls it the "Mud Bug", and says I should use the HotWheels logo, write Mud Bug inside, and put it on the side of the car. People have told me that it looks like a life size HotWheels.....so, I might actually go with something like that......I am actually pondering the idea. Take  care.

If you were offroadn a bunch a 4:24 type transfer case gear set would be a super cheap help. And they work pretty good from what i've heard.

If you had it to do over, would you still get the 4Xfourart R & P gears?
