Looks like a good one to me. I would check the rust out. Most rust on the rear tailgate door and the body mounts usually get pretty bad.

If it's a Colorado or western truck it most likely won't be too rusty at all.
The usual stuff, and 2nd generation Air to liquid intercooled TURBOCHARGER

Average for sure.  Are you looking to make something out of that car or are you just going for the engine to put into a Samurai? If you are patient enough good deals come along on Track/Kicks all the time.

Provided it isn't rusted out and the interior is OK, I would say it is an OK price I would try to haggle with $2000  being the goal. Decent Kicks are getting harder and harder to come by. My neighbor bought one for $3k 2 years ago and he has driven it 50k miles allready with no problems, just frequent maintenance. He loves it. He mainly bought it because he said he was tired of hearing me brag about mine.

way pricey! i have one almost exactly like this. mine had 85k on it when I bought it for 800, threw a clutch in it and it was road ready.
94 kick 1.6 16v
