Don't you have to take the front fenders off to get at the hinges, or can you just get at the pins with the door open?

You should be able to remove the stock pins without removing the fender.  Then, I am sure you can take out the removable pins without removing the fender.

I bought this kit because I was too lazy to go to the hardware store myself. lol  It works great, the only thing I don't like is that you loose your mirrors when you remove the doors, so I gotta figure something out for driving on the street without the doors.

How fumbly is it to take the doors off and put em back on? Can you do it alone?

It's not too bad, I've done it a dozen or so times this sumer. The hardest time was 5AM in the dark, probably took 5 minutes.

I replaced the factory pins in my rear door ( tintop tracker) with Grade 8 shouldered bolts, self locking nuts, and new bronze bushings all for under $13. But hey, I did actually have to drive to the local supply.    Do the doors rattle at all when put back on with that kit?
