Not that I have seen or heard of.  I recall one of our forum members (in Canada I think) built himself a set out of stainless tubing but I think the actual cost for multiple sets was prohibitive.  The only header guys for our 2nd gen trucks (that come to mind) are the Hurricane brand headers made in Australia.

These obviously look very nice.  When I priced out material alone, it was over $1K.  Great job, though...

I wonder how many bucks shipping those babies from Australia to North America would cost?  Might be close to the $1,000 price tag.  When I was considering a header for my 2 liter, I actually called the guys at Hurricane (in Sidney, I think) and discussed their header with them.  Their Hurricane header was made for right hand drive vehicles and we discussed whether there would be any clearance issues with the steering shaft on the left hand drive models we have here.  I took some measurements and shared the info with the sales guy and we decided they would clear the steering shaft by about 1/4".   I was almost ready to pull the trigger and invest in one of their ceramic coated headers... then looked really hard at the stock exhaust manifold on my 2 liter and decided the cost wouldn't justify the gain so I never got to a discussion of shipping costs with him.  It's been about four years since then, but I'm thinking the header cost was around $300+ US dollar at that time.   The guy was SUPER helpful and was great to talk to.  I wish all the after market guys were as helpful and customer friendly.
