Backspacing is measured from the backside of the wheel, not shown in the picture, from the part of the wheel that contacts the hub to the outside wheel flange. If that wheel in the picture is 15x10.5 by the looks of it probably has a 2.5" backspacing. I'm sure the OP has got his answer, no use cluttering up his thread anymore.

just got back in town & checking my post..... thanks for all the input.
 First off  looking at the picture  O2CALTACO is right you are measuring the frontset LOL not the backset, it would be a 8" backset if you turned the wheels around & mounted then on backwards, & yes they would definitely rub even with a 12" lift.... no pun intended everyone has a learning curve.
  TALONXRACER.... I have been looking on line & even just plane old white spoke wheels are $60.00 or more let me know were your finding the $50.00 wheels at.
