I can actually contribute on this one..... this is my one and only chance at getting an "applaud"

IF A/C is no option -- the best sweatband on the market is called Halo.

We wear it under our cycling helmets when racing....the cycling with pedals!

you can wash them but don't dry them.... drying will destroy the elastic sweat channel that makes it the best.

Jr just took it out today. Thermometer was showing 89 outside and 111 in the Sammy. I think he was planning on removing the doors once he got out into the hills. Will see what he reports on comfort level when he gets back. It has been actually pretty cool so far here in SoCal. Halo band sounds good. Still plan to paint the roof white when I get a chance.

It isn't that we don't sweat, but sweating actually does some good here (cooling that is)! Real hot here in Redding during the summer. I just try to go out early in the morning and sort of adjust as it gets hotter in the cab/tin top. Wife not too happy though.
