playing around swapping springs is a pain, the ranger springs is a redneck way of doing it, they dont fit right and shouldnt be driven on the street or at any speed.

a cheap and safe way to get 2 more inches is to do spring spacers, jeff and mudchild both sell very nice setups.

but if you want to do a spring swap, grand vitara front coils fit up front, give 2-3 inches of lift, rears fit out back but dont give any lift, still will need spacers to level the truck out.

I would like to add something useful, but mike5721947 pretty much covered it.

Here I am!! I make, by far, the best lift for your Tracker.  I do make one and can get you one. It has 2" coil spacers in the rear and 1.5" coil and strut spacers up front. that gives you a full 2" lift all around. PM if interested.

jeff are you the one that sells your cnc machine spacers on ebay?? if thats teh case ill most likely order one since i can't seem to find a way around the strut spacer!!! i found springs to give the lift im looking for from the junkyard that fit perfects but i dont have strut spacers for it so i may as well get the spacer lift since this is my moms tracker i want to make sure it is done right since she drives it daily to bad even after its lifted my jeep can still roll over it lol.

Here's the custom bumper i made for it also had lights mounted on it now i also have a custom made hood i put on today.
