I took them apart a few days ago. What side is the short and what is the long
I seem to think the pass side is the long one. I feel awesome not to have remembered

driver side is the short one, but it really wouldn't matter, they don't interchange
and you would soon of figured that out

I didn't want to have to plunge them in and then pull them back out to put the gasket maker on

I thought the drivers side was the long side, it's the one we broke in Moab
If it's not then my mistake and my apologies, sorry if it caused you grief
I went back and corrected my post to reflect the right information, sorry once again
