Guess my top speed. 1.3 8 valve

Hello everyone, basically I'm new to the site haven't made to many posts. Heres Kind-of-a tell all but with a real question at the end.
I took took a 1400 mile road trip to the Rockies last summer with a top speed of 70mph while drafting semi's and 63 on level ground with no head winds. The samurai was stock besides 29 inch tires, the spark plugs where horrible and during the trip 2 or 3 exhaust header bolts worked themselves off. I got 15 miles to the gallon. :(
Since then I've rebuilt the transfer case, transmission, and motor. The head was milled and valves were lashed/replaced, along with the bottom end getting bored and honed. The replacement pistons are stock compression. The stock carburetor was rebuilt and the float bowls set into proper place. The spark plug wires and air filter will be replaced, the 29" tires will not be replaced and that's its foundation.
Motor Modifications are:
MSD ignition module
MSD blaster 2 coil
3 prong Spark plug (need to research) Spark plug opinions?
Torque cam (iskadarian)
Doug Thorley headers (ceramic coated)
2.25" catless exhaust.
100 amp alternator

What's my top speed gonna be? Anyone with have any ideas with these modifications? My mod list cant be unique there's not much to do to these engines. post your mods and top speed on stock gears with 30"ish tires.

I'll have a guess at about 70mph. The aerodynamics will kill you but it should get there a lot quicker and hold it better.
I wouldn't bother with the 3-prong plugs they are too difficult to gap correctly. Consider sourcing an adjustable cam pulley or modifying yours to get the cam timing correct.

I had considered dialing in the cam as I have access to a cam degree tool. I and a few others figured with such a small engine with the amount of power it makes, dialing the cam in wasn't necessarily worth it. What do you think? Also thought about porting the head to match the intake manifold and header but came to the conclusion that this is FAR from a performance engine to spend that kind of time on. Maybe when the right motor comes along for the sami ill port the head, degree the cam and throw the engine on a go kart or some little toy.
As far as your comment goes with gaping the 3 prong plugs; I do have access to an extensive collection of tools and don't assume my automotive work gets done in a driveway or parking garage. I'm not dead set at all on the 3 prong and am willing to listen to damn near all opinions dealing the 1.3's likes and dislikes.
Compared to my Mitsubishi motor, the Suzuki motor has no internet info regarding "do this get that."

I cleaned up the manifold on my SJ when I fitted it the 1.6 engine, it was pretty rough so I'm sure it will make some difference. No matter how accurately you gap a 3-prong plugs they only ever fire on one electrode, the other two tend to shield the spark, maybe they work better on a 16V motor. I've tried them a couple of times but I've always had better performance from a platinum plug.
Reground cams tend not to be too accurate so its worth checking it with a degree disc, I've had cams that were over 10 degrees out. I'd like to hear how you get on with the cam, I'm looking to change mine in my 1.6 8V, there aren't many options over here except Kent and a custom grind.
Not many people tune these engines but I knew of one 1.6 8V Sammy with a decked head, modified cam and a 2" carb and it was very quick.
