Ok I have been reading everything on the forum on all sorts of lifts. Since I cannot get the vehicle I want I am stuck with this damn thing. So has anyone put a 3" body lift on these damn cars.? I have a 3" body lift that I took off of my girlfriends ranger before we got the GV. I am thinking of putting this on my GV. I will also be purchasing new body mounts from BDS and getting new hardware to do it correctly. Is the steering shaft the only thing that will have to be modified or extended? Maybe the brake lines will have to be mounted differently. Let me know what you have done....

Arrg, somewhere there's a nice right up for a 4 door sidekick using 3x3 square tubing.

I did the same bodylift with my 2 door Track/Vit and it worked great. You'll have to unclip just some of the clips for the brake lines and parking brake. For the stearing I made a little 2x2 square tubing block used as a spacer.
