If the timing belt cover is on, if not, the cog notch points at 12 o'clock
and the cam mark point's to 6 o'clock, but I'm not sure on which mark
to use on the cam sprocket, it's been too long.
This configuration is firing #1, and the distributor should be pointing at
about 5 o'clock position on an 8V engine, I haven't don't enough with
the 16V engine to be sure about the distributor position or the cam
sprocket position, it might be the same, but I'm not sure
