Hood, Interior gauges and tailgate fix.
A little extra venting above the new exhaust header at the rear of the bay.
After using the stock radio box for the new engine gauges the stereo, CB, in/out spkr control & inverter were relocated above, can now switch the stereo or PA to the light bar speakers. EGT will get mounted where clock is.
After year of carrying the spare and fuel on the tailgate the sheet metal began to pull away. The silver Allen head bolt goes thru the entire tailgate and factory threads, this holds the distance between rigid. Planning on ZOR bumper for the tire and to fend off unruly rocks and drivers.

One last round for now.
Jig setup to trim the crank nub off 1.9 TD engine for use with stock suzuki flywheel.
Clockwise rotation of the crank provide by 24" breakerbar, 2 full rotations per cutting pass.
